Screens have become the interface we use to interact with our external world. Humans are Screens on which particles and energy collect to become conscious. We use Screens to project our internal selves to each other. Screens are the point of exchange between nothing and something. Like this music that wasn't here, but now is.

Formed in a tiny music studio on a hill in West Seattle, Screens is the newest in a sequence of bands from the Ocean Tone collective. Carlos Tulloss (guitar, bass), Brett Joseph (sax, synth, vocals), Allison Tulloss (vocals, synth, flute) and Doug Port (drums, vocals) unleash beautiful madness into winding electronic beats, soaring melodies and silvery vocals. The songs in this first offering from Screens are a bass heavy, synth driven collection of ecstatic trip-POP anthems perfect for your headphone odyssey.

Screens has been likened to bands such as Mum, Ween, XX, Bjork, Metronomy, Portishead and Little Dragon. These West Seattle psychedelic drop boxes are mapping territories of the pre-singularity for your listening pleasure!
