Parachute

i turn my body sideways to fit through the space

between reality and dream... between the light and your face

between the dancer and the dance

exists her inspiration

instinct... vibration... her own interpretation

yours borne of water

in rhythm... infusion

splashing laughter through me

as you silver-blue my heartstream

letting your hair sway the way long grass sexes breeze

breeze becomes me

where’s my parachute?

i try to breathe through

to the air within the air

within a piano, melody... within a sound, starlit seas

your nightvision perception... a violet sorcery

conjured... creation... a source of activation

yours borne of water

in passion... inception

splashing laughter through me

as you silver-blue my heartstream

letting your hair sway the way long grass sexes breeze

breeze becomes me

where’s my parachute?

on cold nights when chloroplasts die

carotenoids shine through

on cold nights when chromoplasts die

carotenoids shine through
