Eucalyptus Grove

where her spirit rose and blew like the wind

beneath the shadow of a cool eucalyptus grove

now she’s gone home to the mountains that she loved

traveling so lightly in her soul

to the rivers where she played as a kid

blonde hair, green eyes blazing... deeply set

the call of the wild in her eyes

amongst the rolling hills, she’s made her her home

said they reminded her of ladies in love

dancing in the twilight before the break of dawn
